Prescription Drug Drop Box

The Cleves Police Department, in association with Hamilton County Public Health, have added a valuable new service for residents. In the lobby of the Police Administration Building located at 101 North Miami Ave. is a Prescription Drug Drop Box. The box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Residents can drop off unwanted or unused prescription drugs, ointments, pet medications, prescription patches, and over-the-counter medications for proper destruction. All medications need to be in a sealed plastic bag or container. Items that cannot be placed in the box include: needles, inhalers, aerosol cans, thermometers, lotions or liquids, and hydrogen peroxide.
